Canada stuff

It's Stu,

This is it - the first post from a different country. I will endeavor to make these pages as entertaining as possible in my own literary stylie. If anyone is offended by my straight to the point view of people and places...well thats too bad, hey I won't be using too many expletives in my posts - just when necessary to make my point - I'm sure most of it will be nothing but glowing reports to tell you all how fuckin fantastic things are!

So 10 hours onna plane..... It wasn't that bad actually, it was a day flight so I wasn't just looking round at those lucky bastards that find it easy to sleep on flights!

Thomas Cook airlines is pretty cool, TV in the back of the seat showing movies and lots of leg room. Thats it for me pluggin airlines - like they dont have enough custom without my little endorsement!

It started on the flight over here. That feeling that something good has started, I know something has, hell I'm on a plane on the way to Canada but as I look out of the window to the north I see the Rockies. The seeing of beautiful things that leave us in awe has begun. A vast expanse of snow topped mountains like I have never seen, it was sooo cool.

So Meg is the friend in Canada we are staying with, along with Jeramiah (her bloke) and Isabella (her baby).

The weather hasn't been great so have spent time hangin round in the apartment but we have been sampling the local alcohol (a theme I intend to continue throughout our trip with abundance!)

Havin lots of fun on the down low at the moment - a good time without going wild just yet, theres plenty of time for that.

We went for a walk through some woods - I had to insist we walk or stroll - I'm in no shape to be "trekkin" just yet - just the word has the connotations of steep mountains and hills that would undoubtably leave me wheezing and puffing like the unhealthy, out of shape man that I know I am. Hey I suppose I should work on that before I head to Machu Picchu :-)
